Pawsitively Pets can come to your home or venue for a one-of-a-kind hands-on animal experience! We service Toronto and the GTA. If you are outside of this area, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your event or party, a travel fee will apply. Please ensure you review the travel charges located below for your area.
PLEASE NOTE OUTDOOR PARTIES ARE AVAILABLE BETWEEN MAY 15 AND OCTOBER 15 IN WEATHER BETWEEN 18-26 DEGREES AT THE HANDLERS’ DISCRETION. ALL PARTIES MUST HAVE A BACK-UP PLAN TO BE INDOORS IF REQUIRED.
There are two options for a party at your home/venue. (45min or 60 min)
45-minute hands-on animal program
(we recommend this program for kids under 4 years old)
This program includes 1 handler and 7-8 animals. Please note all parties will include a mix of furry animals and reptiles. If you would like an animal with only furry animals, please be sure to select that option. A furry friends party is a set list of furry animals only available for a 1-hour program at an additional cost. You can visit our Furry Friends link for more information.
A 45-minute program at your location costs $240 plus HST.
NEW PRICING AS OF APRIL 1, 2024 – 45 MINUTE PARTY IS $250 + HST
Party Guests: The ideal number of children is typically 10-20. This gives all participants time to touch, pet, and interact with each animal. Having more children at a party means less time with each animal. Parties can have a maximum of 25 children participating. It is recommended that parties with between 22-25 children book an additional handler.
PLEASE NOTE OUTDOOR PARTIES ARE AVAILABLE FROM MAY 15 TO OCTOBER 15 IN WEATHER BETWEEN 18-26 DEGREES AT THE HANDLERS DISCRETION. PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE A BACKUP PLAN TO BE INDOORS IF REQUIRED.
MASKING: Everyone’s comfort level and personal situation are very different. If you would like our staff to wear a mask, please provide them with one.
Party Refund/Cancellation Information: All deposits are non-refundable and are due within 24 hours of receipt. This holds the spot for you and prevents us from booking another event. If you cancel an event due to illness or other reasons, all events with 72-hour notice or more must repay the non-refundable deposit if you are rebooking for another date. If you cancel with less than 72 hours ’ notice, the party fee is non-refundable, and the rebooking fee is 50% of the balance of the event fee.

Animals are selected from your list on the day of your party based on their overall health, wellness, and temperament that day. All parties are a mix of furry mammals and reptiles. The cost of a 1-hour hands-on animal event at your location is $260 plus HST.

Let’s talk guests!
We recommend for an optimal hands-on animal party experience that parties have between 10-20 children participating. While we are happy to do events for more than 20 guests, please remember this may impact the amount of hands-on animal time each guest has. The maximum number of children that can participate in an event is 25.
Each package includes 1 staff attending your event, if your party is over 22-23 guests please ask us about booking an additional staff for an added cost of $95 + HST, to ensure all of your animal-loving party guests get lots of time to meet our animals up close and personal.
Travel Fees
If you are located in the “M” postal code – no travel charge.
- Zone 1: Vaughan, Woodbridge, Thornhill, Pickering – $35 + HST
- Zone 2: Richmond Hill, Markham, Unionville, Ajax, Mississauga – $40 + HST.
- Zone 3: King, Stouffville, Aurora, Newmarket, Kleinburg – $45 + HST
- Zone 4: Whitby (incl. Brooklin), Brampton – $50 + HST
- Zone 5: Oakville – $60 +HST
Note: Our Travel Fees have changed as of September 9, 2024 to any bookings made on or after this date. The change is due to reflect the ongoing increases of traffic in the Greater Toronto Area.
Please note
The number of animals that attend your party or event is based on the presentation requirements and hands-on interaction time that each animal requires.
To ensure that each child has the optimal opportunity to touch/hold and interact with each animal our 10+ years of experience has shown us that 7-8 animals are ideal for a 45-minute program and 8-9 animals are ideal for a 1-hour program. (If you are having a very small event with under 8 children please let us know and we will make sure to select animals from your list that will best fill the time.)
Reminders for events:
OUTDOOR PARTIES PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor parties are available between mid-May and mid-October based on weather. The animals can only be presented outside if it is between 16-26 degrees. In hot weather, (over 20 degrees) you will need to have a shaded area or shade tent set-up for the presentation. If a party is outdoors there are some animal limitations as some animals are a flight risk or can overheat easily. If you are planning for your party to be outdoors, please have a back-up plan in place in case of extreme heat or rain. Our staff will use their discretion on weather conditions, as high winds, windchill and humidex are considered to ensure we prioritize the animal’s health and well-being.
Payment Information
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
This can be paid by electronic invoice by credit card or debit. Final billing will be sent to you 7-10 days prior to your party via electronic billing and is required 48 hours before your party event.
