Don’t have a dog, don’t worry, register for a spot to use one of the dogs we will provide. Our 2024 Junior Dog Trainer camp will take place at the North Leaside site – 125 Brentcliffe Road for select weeks.
This program will be based out of our Leaside location and campers will take part in two training sessions a day at Kyon Dog Daycare at Sutherland & Eglinton where campers will work with the dogs for two training sessions. One session focusing on basic obedience and one session on tricks. All dogs are pre-assessed for safety to work with children. Campers will walk with Pawsitively Pets staff to the training location each day (approximately 2 blocks.) Campers will work 2 campers per dog for this program. Camp day is 9am – 4pm – Open drop-off between 8:30am – 9am/Open pick-up 4pm – 4:30pm)
Our day will consist of training sessions, learning about positive reinforcement training, enrichment, sessions with the Pawsitively Pets animal team, and more.
All campers must be 10 years old or older as of December 31, to register for this program.
