Caregiver & Tot Program: We love sharing our love of animals with children of all ages, and we know young children benefit from an interactive learning experience. You can join us for a class at our location or ask us how you can set up a weekly class at your location. Our weekly caregiver & tot program runs in the fall, winter and spring terms at our Leaside site for children 16 months to 3.5 years old. This program allows child to explore the wonderful world of animals, in a hands-on animal class each week.
Spring 2019 Session – A class for children 1 to 4 years old to attend with their parent or caregiver. Tuesday, April 2 to Tuesday, June 4. (10 weeks) 10am – 11am – $125 + HST Each class is hands-on with the animals and a craft. Registration can be done online (CLICK REGISTER in the top right hand corner of the website)
WHAT MAKES A GOOD PET CLASS! Is your child begging for a pet? Not sure what is the right fit for your family, and what care they will require? Sign-up for our what makes a good pet program and your child will learn all about some of the basic furry and reptile friends that often make good starter pets. They will learn to handle them, about their care needs and the commitment it takes to be a good pet owner.
Join us for a 4-week program learning all about what makes a good pet, how to care for them, handle them and become a responsible pet owner! Program is open to children 6 to 10 years old.
Wednesday January 16 to Wednesday February 6 – 630pm – 730pm – $60 + HST
