Program/Party Refund/Cancellation Information: All deposits are non-refundable and are due within 24 hours of receipt.  This holds the spot for you and prevents us from booking another event. If you are cancelling an event due to illness or other reasons, all events with 72-hour notice or more will need to repay the non-refundable deposit if you are rebooking for another date.  If you are cancelling with less than hours’ notice the party fee is non-refundable, and the rebooking fee is 50% of the balance of the event fee.  All cancellation requests must be sent in via email. 

After-School Program Refunds: A one-month deposit is taken at the time of registration.  This is your LAST MONTH program fee.  30 days-notice, provided on or before the first of the month, is required to cancel your registration in the after-school program and your deposit will be applied to your last month. Please note deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  They cannot be refunded or credits cannot be applied.  The fee cannot be transferred to other students or other programs.

Classes/PA Day Camp/Workshops Refunds: Up to 14 days or more before the start date of the program – 100% REFUND – $15 Admin fee per child/per session. 14 days or less before the session begins – NO REFUND  If we are able to fill your spot with a camper from our waiting list, we will provide a full refund minus the $15 admin fee. All cancellation requests must be sent in via email. 

2024 PROGRAMS REFUND POLICY:

Pawsitively Pets Refund Policy – please ensure to refer to our REFUND or PROGRAM Page for the refund timelines for different programs. Refunds for all programs will be made in writing by email and will be refunded in accordance with the schedule below. Credit can be obtained for the full amount of the refund to use towards another program if the guidelines are met, and the program date is within the same calendar year. Refunds are subject to the noted administrative fee (per child session/per child) deducted from the total allowable refund. Refunds will be issued in the format they were originally paid. All cancellation requests must be sent in via email. 

COVID-Related Program Cancellation Information:  

Refunds will not be available for any of our programs this season if we are required to shut down due to a pandemic or other extreme circumstances. A credit for future programming will be provided for use within one calendar year.

Pawsitively Pets reserves the right to grant exceptions to the stated policy in situations including but not limited to: illness and death in the immediate family.

No Refunds for Partial Program Attendance or Illness:

We do not provide refunds or credits when someone chooses to leave programs part way through. Virtually all of our expenses are incurred before the start of the camp or program. Similarly, we cannot give refunds or credits to people who have registered for more than one session if they choose during their first session not to attend another session. (The exception to this is if we are able to fill the spot with someone on our waiting list. If the spot is filled by someone from the waiting list an admin fee of $100 is applied.)

Extreme Circumstances:

(Someone in your family is told they have 6 months to live, your house burns down, etc.)

By all means, contact us! We’re not heartless. We may ask for some kind of documentation and explanation, and we’ll be more flexible if we hear from you sooner rather than later. We’ll consider all situations individually.

Summer Camp Refunds with Notice:

A full refund minus $35 admin fee (per camper) is available until May 31.

Up to 30 days before the start of camp 50% refund is available

29 days or less before the camp session begins – No refunds or credits. If we are able to fill your spot with a camper from our waiting list, we will provide a full refund minus a $75 waitlist admin fee.

Please note all admin fees are per camper per transaction.  If you are cancelling multiple camp sessions in one transaction, the admin fee will only be charged once, if you cancel different sessions at different times the admin fee is per transaction. All cancellation requests must be sent in via email. 

Busing or Extended Care Refunds: To receive a refund for busing or extended care notice must be provided in writing 14 days before the beginning of your camp session, a $10 admin fee applies for all extended care/busing refunds.

 

March Break Camp 2024 Refund Policy:

Full Week – refund minus $50 admin fee is available until January 31, 50% refund is available until February 10 

By-the-day – refund minus $10 admin fee per day is available until January 31, 50% refund is available until February 10

Credit for 50% of your camp fee is available until February 20, this credit can be used for your child for a future camp program, it is not transferrable to other campers outside your family. 

After February 20 no refunds or credits are available. If the camp is closed due to a forced government closure we will issue a full credit to your account which can be applied to a future program. All cancellation requests must be sent in via email. 

Winter Break Camp 2023 Refunds with Notice:

Full refund minus $35 admin fee (per camper) is available until November 30.

Up to 30 days before the start of camp 50% refund is available 

29 days or less before the camp session begins – No refunds or credits. If we are able to fill your spot with a camper from our waiting list, we will provide a full refund minus a $15 waitlist admin fee per camp day.

PA Day Camp:

Time of request – Up to 14 days or more before camp date – 100% REFUND – $15 Admin Fee per camper/per PA Day

Less than 14 days before PA Day Camp – NO REFUND If we are able to fill your spot with a camper from our waiting list, we will provide a full refund minus the $15 admin fee. All cancellation requests must be sent in via email.
